Why now
This is an emergent-cy.
An emergency and an emergent happening at once. What is breaking down and what is breaking through are the same moment.
Our capacity to change the world has outpaced our capacity to make sense of it. Accelerating technology, ecological overshoot and fraying institutions are usually treated as separate problems. They share an underlying pattern: a way of knowing that optimises what it can measure and discounts what it can't.
Over centuries we learned to name, categorise and optimise the world, and gradually to mistake the map for the territory. AI is that orientation, scaled and accelerated. As it absorbs more cognitive work, the meaning, livelihood and status built on that work are being displaced. Competing with it on its own terms is not a viable strategy.
Will carry more of the how.
Analysis, optimisation, production. The work most of us built our identities around, done faster and without rest.
The why is ours to carry.
Perceiving relationship, noticing what is emerging before it can be measured, discerning what actually matters. As machines carry more of the how, the quality of our collective why becomes the deciding variable.
The transition is already under way. The open question is whether we move through it reactively, or send people ahead to sense the way.
An invitation to receive an invitation
Something is trying to come into being. Many of you have felt it as a restlessness, a sense that something is missing.
It asks to be imagined. Not designed, not decided. Heard, and then made real enough for others to step inside.
It can only arrive through people, and through people together. It will ask something of you. Saying yes means staying the course.
Who it's for
For those who would rather meet it early.
You can see the shape of what is coming, and you'd rather meet it early, and with care, than react to it late. You might lead, found, make, teach or organise. Either way, your choices will shape how others move through the next decade.
Each programme brings together a cohort of like minds.
Many arrive having sensed this on their own for some time. Here you meet the others who sense it too, and leave with people to build alongside.
How it works
Six days, five nights, three circles.
Each programme is a master plants ceremony for a small cohort of like minds, working with ayahuasca, San Pedro, rapé, kambo and bufo.
A beautifully hosted space in nature
The outer circle. Somewhere to land, rest and be looked after, so attention can go where it is needed.
A medicine space held by experienced shamans
Ceremonies led by people trained within living traditions, who have carried this work for many years.
A sensing space held by experienced practitioners
At the centre. Facilitators who help the cohort capture what it senses, find the patterns and give them form.
Register interest
Tell us what you're sensing.
Registering isn't a booking. We read every registration personally and will be in touch as locations and dates are confirmed. Before any place is offered, there is a conversation and a screening for plant medicine experience and health.
Once you've registered, you'll receive your own page and a link to open the way for others.
Wayfinders
Sensing ahead, on behalf of others.
Before instruments and before maps, communities depended on people who could sense what others couldn't, and act on it for everyone. We take our name for that role from the Pacific navigators. We take our practice from the Amazon.

Imadreneering
We don't take anyone's titles, ceremonies or beliefs. We take the practice: sensing ahead on behalf of others, and acting on what is found. "Wayfinder" names a role, not a lineage.
Ceremony is where the work happens.
It is not a preparation for the work. The medicines loosen habitual cognition, and the circle is designed so that what is sensed can be captured, shared and built upon while it is still alive.
Arrive
Meet the cohort, establish trust, and agree one shared question.
Ceremony
The medicines do the clearing. There is no agenda and nothing to perform.
Capture
Materials and witnesses are present, so what is sensed is recorded rather than lost. Some people speak and draw from the deepest part of the night; others don't, and both are fine.
Find the patterns
Fragments are shared, and the cohort looks for where they converge.
Make
The shared picture becomes first prototypes.
Integrate
Practical support to carry what emerged back into work and life.
Screened with care
Every applicant is screened for plant medicine experience and health before any place is offered. Some of these medicines don't mix with common prescriptions or certain health conditions, and the cohort commits to the full programme. When someone's needs and the creative work compete, their needs come first.
The questions we hold
We start from questions.
Each cohort holds a small set of open questions for six days, and lets them work on us as much as we work on them. If you already carry these questions, you'll be among people who carry them too.
What is the human experience outside of mind, and how do we learn to trust it?
If machines do more of the doing, what meaning do people bring, and how is it held together?
What in the current world needs to end, and what is trying to emerge in its place?
What capacities will people and communities need to come through this transition well?
How we hold it
Operating principles
Sense first, then think
Thinking matters. It works best when it follows perception rather than replacing it.
Coherence, not consensus
We look for where perspectives converge, not for agreement imposed on them.
Conditions, not outcomes
Emergence can't be engineered directly. The work is to design conditions in which it becomes more likely.
Play is a method
Exploration without the pressure to be right reveals what defended thinking can't.
Possibilities, not predictions
We explore the space of what could be. We don't forecast what will be.
Commit to the whole
Everyone commits to the full six days. The work depends on a cohort that stays together through the difficult parts.
What comes out
We don't know yet. That is by design.
A process whose outputs could be predicted in advance would not be exploring anything new. We do have a sense of what tends to emerge when people sense together, and what is made belongs to the people who make it. If you need to know the outcome before you begin, this isn't for you. If not knowing is the point, it is.
The name
Imadreneering
Picture it
What comes next has to be imagined before it can be built.
With the Mother
The name many traditions give to ayahuasca, and to the wider intelligence the medicines open onto.
Give it form
A vision only counts once it takes shape in the world.
Summer 2027
The first wave.
This is the first of what we expect to be many programmes like it. As the pace of change increases, so will the need for practices that strengthen collective sensemaking. If you take part now, you help shape what this work becomes. Places are limited, and offered once.
Open the way for others
Those who widen the circle shape who is in it.
Once you register, you receive your own link to share with the people you think should be in the room. Everyone who registers through it is counted towards you.
Places are offered at three contribution levels. Those who open the way for the most people, the top 10%, are offered the founding contribution, the lowest this programme will ever be offered at. The next 20% are offered a reduced contribution. Everyone else is offered the standard contribution.
Everyone goes through the same conversation and screening. Opening the way earns a contribution level, never a place. Levels are settled when registration closes.
Everyone who registers, ranked by how many people they open the way for.
