When you register interest in Imadreneering, you share personal and sometimes sensitive information with us. This notice explains what we collect, why, who else handles it, and how to have it changed or deleted.
Who we are
Imadreneering is run by Mark Aspall, based in the United Kingdom. Mark is responsible for your information. You can reach us at hello@imadreneering.com, or by replying to any email we send you.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and preferred location.
- Your answers to our three questions, including your experience with plant medicines.
- Who shared the link you registered through, if anyone, and how many people register through your own link.
- Whether you've asked for news from us, and whether you've switched off referral updates.
What you tell us about plant medicine experience can reveal information about your health. We treat it as sensitive, and we hold it only because you choose to give it to us when you register.
Why we use it
- To consider your registration, and to judge whether the programme is likely to be safe and right for you.
- To contact you about your registration, and when locations and dates are confirmed.
- To count registrations made through your link and show your current contribution level on your page.
- To send you occasional news, but only if you ticked the box asking for it.
We rely on your consent for the information you share in your answers, and on our legitimate interest in running the registration process for everything else. We never sell your information or use it for advertising.
What others see
If you registered through someone's link, they're told that someone has registered and their count goes up. They are not told your name, email or anything you wrote.
Who handles it for us
- Cloudflare hosts the website and stores registrations, in its Western Europe region.
- Resend sends the emails you receive from us.
- Your registration is also forwarded to Mark's email inbox so it can be read and answered.
These providers act on our instructions and may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep your registration until the Summer 2027 programmes are complete, and for up to 12 months afterwards so we can contact past registrants about future programmes. If you'd like it deleted sooner, ask and we will.
Your choices and rights
- You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
- You can withdraw your consent at any time. If you do, we'll delete your answers and your registration.
- You can switch off referral updates from the link in any of those emails, and stop news at any time by telling us.
- If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
